To Me hahahahaahha…
Sitting on a park bench, a man watches two city workers. Both have shovels, and as the first guy digs a hole, the second one comes along and fills it back up. For an hour, the two men feverishly labor away, digging and filling.
Finally the man walks over to the workers. “I appreciate how hard you’re both working,” he says. “But what the hell are you actually doing? Every time one of you digs a hole, the other comes and fills it up again!”
“Well,” the hole digger says,”the guy who plants trees is sick today.”

About two months ago, I went to a universtiy party. Then a guy bumped into me and asked whether he can take a pic of me and my friend and that he is helping to promote the party. And he gave me this website where I can go see those pictures. Sounds interesting, but dammit it’s been 2 months now and counting, and the pictures are still not up…
Few days after the party I’ve got this plan.
Requirements:
1. Few digital camera
2. Construct a website
2. One or two buddies who likes the plan
3. Go to party every week
Plan:
1. Go to party and tell people that you are trying to promote parties in sydney
2. Take pictures of the club floor plan
3. Take pictures of the people
4. Give them the website address
5. Post the pictures on time
How to make profit:
1. Thumbnails of picture posted
2. Restricted size picture available to free membership
3. Members list acquired
4. Fullsize pictures available at $1 each
5. Once website becomes popular, advertising fee can be charged
Personal advantages:
1. Pretext to meet up with those hot chicks haha
2. Maybe will get free entrance from clubs for advertisement
3. Nothing to lose
Future considerations:
1. Make it a general entertainment site
2. Include dining place etc.. Just add onto it, the list is inexhaustible.
Now what?
Do you guys think the plan is viable?
ROE = ROA * Leverage
Simply means that you can increase the return from your investment by borrowing money from the bank on the condition that the rate of return is higher than the loan interest rate.
Eg, Vador invests $5,000 and borrow $10,000 from the bank at an interest rate of 11%. The investment makes a return of 14% per year. So,
Return on project is 14% of $15,000 = $2100.
Interest paid to the bank = 11% of 10,000 = $1100
So for that year Vador will keep 2100 – 1100 = $1000 as profit
Return on equity = 1000 divided by 5000
which is a return of 20%
So instead of earning only 14% from the investment, it has been leveraged to 20%
BUT ALL THIS DOESN’T MATTER
I think on a more humane perspective, it means that everyone has his own potential but even if you are the genius of the world, you can’t do everything by yourself.
Hence the need to know how to delegate, and leverage your achievement. Ok now, bomb me if you have any comments.
May the force be with you!!!
Once a computer science study, hey wait! I’m PROUD of it!!!
I would make jokes like:
“Dude don’t even try to cut and paste my ROCK SOLID code”
“F King got a CORE DUMP on this Automata midterm man”
“Yeah right, hope I see this hot chick again after CS101, LOL”
Now a commerce and finance student:
I find these jokes kind of more practical to use in class,
So in case my new classmates are a bit slower wih technology,

Last week when I was walking on the street of HongKong I saw a sign with the word “HEART” written on it. I stopped and starred at it for around 30 seconds. That’s a long time in HongKong. My friends were wondering what I was looking at, but the word “HEART” was written this way (HeArt) on the sign. So I told them, “Do you think the “heart” is the Art of Men?”. They all laughed at me ; )
